By enrolling in any course, every student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following financial policies.

1. Seat Reservation Policy

Admission to any course is confirmed only after payment of the prescribed booking amount.

  • A non-refundable booking amount of ₹10,000 is required to reserve a seat in any batch.
  • Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The academy cannot guarantee availability of a preferred batch until the booking amount has been received.
  • The booking amount forms part of the total course fee and is not an additional charge.

2. Course Fee Payment Policy

Students may choose one of the following payment options:

Option A – Full Payment (Recommended)

Students who pay the entire course fee before the commencement of the course are eligible for a 10% discount on the course fee.

The discounted fee is applicable only when the full payment is received before the student’s first scheduled class.

Option B – Instalment Plan (70% / 30%)

Students may choose to pay their course fee in two instalments.

  • 60% of the total course fee is payable on or before the student’s first scheduled class.
  • The remaining 40% of the course fee must be paid after eight (8) classes or within thirty (30) calendar days from the commencement of the course, whichever occurs earlier.
  • The academy may require suitable payment security, including post-dated cheque(s), for students opting for the instalment plan.

To be eligible for the instalment plan, students are required to submit the necessary post-dated cheque(s) for the outstanding balance before the commencement of the course.

If a student is unable to provide post-dated cheque(s), the student and, where applicable, a parent or guardian must sign an Instalment Payment Agreement provided by Adapt Music Academy. This agreement confirms their commitment to pay all outstanding instalments on or before the agreed due dates and forms part of the student’s enrollment documentation.

Failure to provide either the required post-dated cheque(s) or the duly signed Instalment Payment Agreement may result in the student becoming ineligible for the instalment facility. In such cases, the academy reserves the right to require payment of the full course fee before the commencement of classes.

Option C – Credit Card EMI

Students may choose to pay the entire course fee using an eligible credit card.

Subject to approval by the issuing bank and the available credit limit, the course fee may be converted into EMIs of up to 12 months, depending on the bank’s policies.

Any bank processing charges, interest, or applicable fees shall be borne entirely by the student.

3. Payment Due Dates

Students enrolled under the academy’s Instalment Plan must ensure that the second instalment is paid after eight (8) classes or within thirty (30) calendar days from the commencement of the course, whichever occurs earlier.

A grace period of seven (7) calendar days will be provided after the payment due date.

The academy is under no obligation to issue repeated reminders before or after the payment due date.

4. Payment Default Policy

Timely payment is a condition of continued enrollment at Adapt Music Academy.

If the outstanding instalment is not received within the seven (7) day grace period:

  • The student’s classes shall be suspended immediately.
  • The student’s enrollment may be cancelled without further notice.
  • The student shall not be permitted to attend classes, access academy facilities, studio facilities, or receive instructor support until all outstanding dues have been cleared.

The academy reserves the right to withdraw any instalment facility offered to the student and require payment of the remaining outstanding balance in full before allowing the student to continue the course.

5. Refund Policy

Adapt Music Academy follows a Strict No Refund Policy.

  • The ₹10,000 seat reservation amount is non-refundable.
  • Course fees paid, whether in full or in part, are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for missed classes, discontinued courses, voluntary withdrawal, non-attendance, or any personal circumstances preventing the student from completing the course.
  • Once admission has been confirmed, all payments made to the academy are final and non-refundable.

6. Course Validity Policy

Students are expected to complete their course within the validity period communicated by the academy at the time of enrollment.

Extended absences or prolonged breaks requested by the student do not automatically extend the course validity.

Requests for extensions may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and are subject to the sole discretion of Adapt Music Academy.

7. Course Suspension & Reactivation

Students who wish to temporarily pause their course due to travel, personal commitments, medical reasons, work obligations, or any other circumstance must submit a written request to the academy in advance.

Approval of any course suspension shall be entirely at the discretion of Adapt Music Academy.

Students returning after an approved break may be required to join a different batch based on seat availability at the time of rejoining.

If substantial course content has been missed during the period of absence, the academy may recommend paid Individual Makeup Sessions before the student resumes regular classes.

Course suspension does not automatically extend the validity of the course unless approved by the academy in writing.

8. Acceptance of Financial Policies

Enrollment at Adapt Music Academy confirms that the student has read, understood, and agreed to this Fees, Refund & Course Validity Policy.

Failure to comply with these financial policies may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment at the sole discretion of Adapt Music Academy.
